"Pet and Companion" Puppy Health Guarantee
We require a "hold" fee of $250 which is non-refundable. The "hold" fee is applied to the total cost of the puppy. The balance is due when you pick up or have your puppy delivered. Many hours goes into interviewing the right buyer, phone conversations, emails, texting and virtual meeting, and visits. Along with many photos and videos as the puppy is growing. Therefore our "hold" fee will NOT be refunded at any time.
